The ideal candidate is not just musically excellent but passionate about worship and committed to ministry through music. Responsibilities Play bass guitar for Sunday morning worship services Attend rehearsals before service and collaborate with the worship team Flow with the Worship Leader and musicians during spontaneous or prophetic moments Support transitions, altar calls, and other ministry moments with musical sensitivity Be punctual, prepared, and spiritually ready to lead people into worship Assist with basic gear setup/teardown if needed
