- Strong proficiency in contemporary worship music (experience in Gospel, Contemporary Christian, and/or Spanish worship music preferred).
- Experience as a pianist and/or drummer in a worship setting.
- Spirit-filled believer who is passionate about leading worship through music.
- Ability to play in a bilingual (English/Spanish) environment, either through fluency or willingness to learn.
- A heart to serve and support the church through musical ministry.
