About this role Responsible for providing instrumental support for the music department during performances and classroom activities. This is an on-call position for which requires travel to multiple campuses and availability for evening hours.

Varies Base Pay:

$30.45. Offer amount based on College’s Salary Schedule guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities:

(This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary) Performs music appropriate to the style of performance. Attends practices and all scheduled meetings as necessary. Maintains a professional, supportive demeanor at all times. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience:

One year of experience performing professional-quality live music

Knowledge of:

Music or other performance art experience Proficiency in multiple musical genres Proficiency on multiple instruments Skilled in: Performing with a high degree of accuracy Promoting cooperative behavior and team efforts Delivering a high level of customer service Ability to: Sight read sheet music at a proficient level Maintain effective working relationships Interact in a positive manner with diverse populations and varying education levels of students, faculty, staff, and the public

Licenses, Registration, Certifications, or Special Requirements:

Requires travel between campus locations

Education and Experience:

Collegiate experience performance and music education preferred

Work Environment and Physical Demand:
