Keyboard Player and/or Organist Harvest Church 2165 West Park Court, Stone Mountain, GA 30087 Overview We are seeking a talented and passionate Keyboard player and/or Organist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a musical background in Christian music especially Gospel, a deep understanding of rhythm and harmony, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other musicians. As an independent contractor, this role is responsible for accompanying the worship experience through instrumental music. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative environment and is eager to contribute to the experience. Responsibilities Arrive prepared and 10 minutes before designated arrival times & check in. Play instrumental music as scheduled at worship experiences & events. Deliver an excellent & fully rehearsed performance . Collaborate with the worship director to create cohesive arrangements and harmonies. Maintain a strong sense of timing and rhythm to support the overall musical structure. Attend regular rehearsals and meetings. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and ready for use during performances. Wear the correct attire for the experience & events. Experience Proven experience playing the keyboard and/or organ in various musical genres including Christian and especially Gospel music. Experience performing live in front of an audience is highly desirable. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing situations during experiences.
