We are seeking a talented and passionate Musician to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in music performance, with worship theater being a significant advantage. This role requires versatility, creativity, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other artists and staff. As a Musician, you will contribute to various worship services, rehearsals, and recordings, bringing your unique sound and style to our projects. Responsibilities Perform live music. Collaborate with directors, producers, and other musicians to create cohesive musical arrangements. Participate in rehearsals to refine performances and adapt to changes in the production. Maintain and care for musical instruments and equipment. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance performance quality. Assist in the selection of musical pieces that align with the vision of the production. Engage with the audience during performances to create an enjoyable experience. Requirements Proven experience as a Musician, with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in playing musical instruments; vocal skills are a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Flexibility to adapt to various musical styles and genres as required by different worship music styles.
