Posting Summary The Department of Music, Mason Gross School of the Arts, Rutgers University invites applications for part-time instructional and academic support positions with the Rutgers Marching Scarlet Knights for Summer 2025, Fall 2025, and Spring 2026.

Positions include:

instructors for percussion, brass, woodwinds, and color guard sections of the Marching Band, operations and recruiting positions, equipment managers, uniform managers, and music librarians. Positions may be summer and fall semester from July 1- December 31, 2025, or full year from July 1 through June 30, 2026, depending on position. Position Status Part Time

Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in music, education, or related field or High School diploma and at least one year of marching band experience as a marching band member.
