Duties Lead congregational worship services through music, ensuring a meaningful and uplifting experience for all attendees. Educate and mentor musicians and vocalists within the church, fostering their growth in musical skills and spiritual development. Communicate effectively with the congregation about worship themes, service elements, and upcoming events. Organize rehearsals for the worship team, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance quality. Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages participation from all members of the community. Qualifications Experience in leading worship services in a church or similar setting is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with diverse audiences. A solid understanding of various music styles relevant to contemporary worship settings.
