Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Events Lead to oversee on-site operations during events. This role involves supervising event staff, ensuring the proper setup and maintenance of locker systems, and delivering exceptional customer service to event attendees.​

Key Responsibilities:

Event Setup & Breakdown:

Coordinate the setup and dismantling of event sites, including tents, tables, chairs, and locker systems.

Locker Maintenance:

Perform routine checks and maintenance on locker units, including battery replacements and hardware adjustments.

Team Supervision:

Lead and manage a team of 3-10 event staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Customer Service:

Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional manner.

Operational Oversight:

Ensure all company resources (QR codes, apps, signage, tools) are functioning correctly.

Training:

Provide on-the-job training to new and existing staff on operational procedures.

Reporting:

Submit accurate closing reports and communicate any equipment malfunctions to management.

Compliance:

Ensure all staff adhere to dress codes, clock-in procedures, and scheduled breaks.​

Qualifications:

Required:

Minimum 18 years of age. Authorized to work in the United States. Access to an iPhone or iPad during work shifts. Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Familiarity with downloading and using iOS and Android applications. Proficiency with tools such as power drills and screwdrivers. Availability to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Punctuality and reliability in reporting to scheduled shifts. Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.​

Preferred:

1+ years of customer service experience. 1+ years of experience with iOS software. 1+ years of basic maintenance experience with hardware and tools. 1+ years of supervisory or managerial experience overseeing 3-10 employees.​

Additional Information:

This position requires flexibility to remain on-site (indoors or outdoors) for the entire duration of events, which may extend beyond scheduled times. Candidates should be prepared to travel to various event venues and occasionally to storage units as needed.

$21.00 – $25.00 per hour
