This position offers the unique opportunity to help launch a brand-new facility while working in a fun, rewarding, and fast-paced environment. About the Role As an Overnight Adventure Guide , you’ll ensure that our Adventurers (our canine & feline guests) are safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the night. This role is ideal for someone who works well independently, pays extreme attention to detail , and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and ensure the safety of all overnight Adventurers Clean and sanitize the inside and outside of the facility, following strict protocols (deep cleaning yards, dishwashing, sanitizing work areas, pet waste removal, laundry, etc.) Ensure all dogs have comfortable bedding, fresh water, and are securely settled in their suites Conduct routine visual health checks on Adventurers and their accommodations Monitor and log all necessary data in the Paws ‘n’ Rec proprietary system Respond promptly to medical concerns , following established emergency protocols Professionally interact with clients during late-night or early-morning pickups and drop-offs

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills with both staff and clients Experience or familiarity with dogs (professional or personal) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, standing for long periods) Self-motivated and reliable , with the ability to work independently during overnight shifts High attention to cleaning and organization standards Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, email) Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record Comfortable with physical interaction and affection toward animals Why Join Us?
