Dog Groomer Highland Park Dog Grooming Manchester, CT 06040 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Pet Groomer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with animals and providing top-notch grooming services to our furry clients. Duties Perform grooming services such as bathing, brushing, clipping, and styling pets Trim nails, clean ears, and teeth brushing as needed Ensure the safety and well-being of pets during grooming sessions Communicate with pet owners to understand their grooming preferences Maintain a clean and organized grooming area Monitor pets for any signs of health issues and report concerns to the appropriate staff Skills Experience in pet grooming or related fields such as veterinary, equine, kennel, or pet sitting Knowledge of animal care practices including handling and restraint techniques Ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with pet owners Familiarity with basic dog training techniques is a plus Strong attention to detail and a genuine love for animals
