In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality bathing and grooming services to pets, ensuring their comfort and well-being. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and possess the skills necessary to handle various breeds and temperaments. Duties Bathe and groom pets according to established protocols, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene. Handle animals safely and effectively during bathing procedures, minimizing stress for the pets. Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, including the proper storage of grooming tools and supplies. Monitor pets for any signs of health issues or discomfort during grooming sessions. Assist in bathing, drying, brushing, and styling pets as needed. Qualifications Experience in animal handling or care is preferred; familiarity with pet grooming is a plus. Skills in heavy lifting may be required to assist larger breeds during bathing. Previous experience as a veterinary technician or assistant is advantageous. Knowledge of dog training techniques can enhance your ability to handle pets effectively. A background in kennel operations or dog handling is beneficial for this role.
