Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced groomer to join our team. As a groomer at SaltyPaws, you will be responsible for providing professional grooming services to ensure they leave looking and feeling their best. Our front staff takes care of phone inquiries, appointment scheduling, and checkout processes, allowing you to devote 100% of your attention to the grooming process.

Responsibilities:

Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling according to client preferences and breed standards. Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for pets. Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their grooming preferences and address any concerns. Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Stay updated on grooming techniques, products, and industry trends to enhance service quality.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional groomer. Proficiency in grooming techniques for various breeds and coat types. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a one-on-one grooming setting. Passion for working with animals and providing excellent customer service.
