As a Dog Bather, you will play a crucial role in the grooming process by ensuring pets are clean, comfortable, and prepared for grooming services. Ideal candidates love working with animals, are reliable, and enjoy being part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Bathe, dry, and brush dogs of all breeds and sizes Perform basic grooming tasks such as nail trimming, ear cleaning, anal expression and de-shedding Gently handle pets with care, recognizing signs of stress or health concerns Clean and sanitize grooming tools, tubs, and work areas regularly Assist groomers by prepping dogs for grooming services Monitor and report any signs of illness, injury, or unusual behavior Provide exceptional customer service to pet owners Maintain accurate records of services provided

Qualifications:

Experience handling animals in a professional setting preferred (kennel, vet, shelter, etc.) Comfort with all sizes and breeds of dogs Ability to lift dogs (up to 80 lbs.) and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and time management skills Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor

Working Conditions:

Wet and noisy environment May require weekend
