Our Ideal Candidate will have:
High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of four (4) years of animal care-related experience with one (1) year of direct research animal care experience. Associate/Bachelors degree in animal science or relevant field and two (2) years of animal care-related experience with one (1) year of direct research animal care experience. ALAT or LAT certification desired.
Responsibilities:
As a ReACT, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper care and maintenance of the animals in our facility. We need someone who performs husbandry and health/welfare checks for all species on campus. Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute is proud to be Florida’s only National Cancer Institute-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center located in Tampa.
