We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Part-Time/Full-Time Groomer who is dedicated to delivering high-quality grooming services to our furry clients. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to transition into a Full-Time position as demand increases. The role offers a competitive compensation structure, with uncapped earning potential through a 50% commission on grooming services and additional tips.

Responsibilities:

Provide professional grooming services for various breeds of dogs, adhering to industry standards and customer preferences. Perform grooming tasks, including bathing, brushing, clipping, and styling, ensuring the comfort and well-being of each pet. Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both pets and clients. Interact with clients to understand their specific grooming requests and provide personalized recommendations. Stay updated on industry trends and grooming techniques to enhance skills and offer innovative services. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the overall well-being and satisfaction of our clients’ pets.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Groomer with proficiency in grooming various dog breeds. Knowledge of different grooming techniques, styles, and breed-specific requirements. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work weekends and additional weekdays (8-5 Saturday, 8-1 Sunday). Ability to pass a background screen and reference check
