Group Leaders are responsible for the entertainment and safety of a group of dogs, as well as the cleanliness of the facility. Successful Group Leaders, above all else, are authentically interested in learning about canine behavior, and the health and well being of the dogs they care for. A Group Leader must be extremely alert, responsible, hard-working, and able to be active on their feet for 6+ hours. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated and trustworthy. MUST BE 18
years or older. Must be available to work weekend and holiday shifts. Flexibility in schedule required. AM shift is 6:30am to 1:00pm and PM shift is 1:00pm to 7:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
Animal Management/Cleaning Tasks Manages the safety, entertainment, and well-being of assigned group of dogs Learns names and behaviors of all dogs in assigned group Cleans up after dogs Cleans play rooms, yards, and kennels Mopping, sweeping, scrubbing, laundry, dishes, etc. Resumes are welcome, but not a requirement. Supervisory experience? We’ve got management opportunities as well!
