- Provide homeowners peace of mind, knowing their pets are safe and comfortable in their own home, while avoiding the stress and expense of boarding.
- Provide daily care for pets, including feeding, walking, playtime, and administering medication if needed.
- Provide love and attention while spending time with cherished pets while owners are away
- Ability to handle basic home maintenance tasks like watering plants, managing pool care or dealing with minor repairs
- I am happy to help maintain the security of the property and being present collecting mail & managing other security systems as needed
- Proven reliable, professional home caretaker
- (decades of experience as a property caretaker, remodeler, owner & property manager background) I’ve grew up on a ranch in WI, moved to a luxury ski area in CO in my 20’s and was a Project manager for $60M in construction budgets, remodeled 2 homes top to bottom, managed luxury homes and was a caretaker for various ranches while owners were away.
Then moved back to WI & built an organic farm from the ground up
- many animals, many maintenance tasks, much management. Have owned a various small businesses
- including the Organic farm, a main street consignment business and a barbershop/salon. I am someone who values integrity, professionalism, respect & values. I am vetted & background checked
