Whether it’s mobile pet grooming, pet sitting, or dog walking, we bring the care directly to their doorstep. We’re expanding our team and looking for friendly, energetic, organized Customer Service & Field Service Representatives to help manage the day-to-day scheduling and coordination of our mobile pet care services.

What You’ll Do:

Customer Support:

Answer inbound calls, online booking requests, emails, and messages from clients, assisting them with inquiries and scheduling services

Scheduling & Coordination:

Efficiently schedule appointments for mobile pet grooming, pet sitting, and dog walking while managing mobile field service provider/technician calendars

Field Service Communication:

Communicate directly with our mobile service providers (groomers, pet sitters, dog walkers, etc.) to ensure timely arrivals and smooth operations

Appointment Changes/ Cancellations:

Handle reschedules or cancellations

Problem Resolution:

Address client or team concerns or issues with a calm, professional, and solution-focused approach

Tracking & Reporting:

Maintain up-to-date records in our CRM and scheduling system and ensure accurate data for invoicing and service tracking

Customer Experience:

Ensure clients have a seamless experience from booking to service completion, helping to ensure high customer satisfaction What We’re Looking For Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, or a similar role for at least a year (pet care or service industry experience is a plus!) A team player with strong communication skills, with the ability to handle customer queries and interact with team members to solve problems and situations professionally and courteously Familiarity with scheduling and CRM software and processes Excellent multitasking and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail Ability to work independently, stay proactive, and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment Love for animals and understanding of the unique needs of pet owners Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
