Dog Handler at City Dogz ATL Love dogs? Want to get paid to hang out with them all day? City Dogz ATL is looking for responsible, energetic, and dog-savvy individuals to join our team as Dog Handlers !
What You’ll Do:
Supervise and interact with dogs in a group play setting Monitor behavior and help manage playgroups safely and confidently Keep the play yards clean and sanitized throughout the day Learn and follow dog behavior protocols (we’ll train you!) Assist with feeding, enrichment activities, and general care Communicate with the team to ensure each dog has the best day ever
What We’re Looking For:
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments Calm under pressure and quick on your feet Able to work outside in all weather conditions Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Previous experience in dog care is a plus, but not required
Availability & Hours:
This is a part-time, on-call position as we grow our team. Scheduled shifts may range between 4 to 25 hours per week , and most shifts are 4 hours long . Morning availability starting at 7:00 AM is required. Staff may also be trained and scheduled to assist with giving baths as needed.
