Pet Groomer Pawsitive Spa LLC 280 Archibald Ave SE, Ludowici, GA 31316 Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Pet Groomer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for animals and a strong commitment to providing exceptional grooming services. As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of pets while delivering high-quality grooming services that enhance their appearance and comfort. Duties Provide grooming services including bathing, clipping, and styling for various breeds of dogs and cats. Assess the condition of pets’ coats and skin, identifying any potential health issues that may require veterinary attention. Utilize proper animal restraint techniques to ensure the safety of both pets and staff during grooming sessions. Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, adhering to hygiene standards to promote a safe environment for pets. Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding grooming needs, pet care tips, and any observed health concerns. Keep accurate records of services provided and any special instructions from pet owners. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a positive experience for both pets and their owners. Experience Previous experience in pet grooming is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with animal handling techniques and knowledge of different breeds is beneficial.
