Pet Sitter and Dog Walker Abbi’s Pet Sitting Services LLC Norton, MA Experienced Pet Care Professional – Dog Walker / Pet Sitter Norton, MA + 10-mile service area Daytime & Evening Shifts Available Immediate Opening | Experience Required | MA Residents Only Abbi’s Pet Sitting Services is a well-established, professional pet care company serving Norton, MA and surrounding areas. We offer dog walking and in-home pet sitting 7 days a week from 7am to 10pm—including holidays—for a wide variety of animals, including dogs, cats, exotics, and farm animals. We are seeking a committed, reliable, experienced pet care professional to join our team. This is a long-term position , ideal for someone who wants to build a future with a respected company—not a short-term or seasonal gig. We are only considering candidates with professional animal care experience such as vet techs, daycare staff, kennel workers, animal trainers, or shelter/rescue staff.

Responsibilities Include:

Travel to clients’ homes and local trails Walk dogs and follow specific care routines for a variety of pets Monitor animals for signs of illness or distress Administer medications, feed, clean up after pets Ensure safety of pets and security of client homes Communicate effectively with the team Follow detailed instructions for each individual visit Represent the company professionally in the field

Requirements:

Professional animal care experience required (vet tech, daycare, kennel, training, etc.) Local to Norton, MA and 18+ years old Reliable transportation and a clean driving record Ability to work and drive in all weather conditions Must pass a background check Smartphone for scheduling and communication Physically able to walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and be active throughout the day Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills Comfortable with dogs of all sizes and temperaments Familiarity with horses or exotics is a plus, but not required
