Paleo Pet Sitting provides a high-quality, enriching experience for our clients’ pets because we treat clients’ pets like family. Paleo Pet Goods is Webster’s premier raw food store, helping client’s pets live longer and healthier lives. We understand the importance of dog walking, cat sitting, and in-home pet care for pet owners in our community. Our team consists of bonded, insured, and trained pet sitters.

Services Provided:

Private dog walking services are performed locally. Cat sitting visits with meals provided, and litter box maintenance. When requested, the administration of common medications (topical creams, drops, and pills) Paleo Pet Sitting is a white-glove treatment business. We can provide customized care based on individual pet requirements. Our partnered business Paleo Pet Goods, also provides healthy, natural, raw food for pets in and near Webster. After training is complete, and as pet sitters build relationships with pets and their owners, their ability to educate and suggest products and solutions will be key. Sales skills are an important aspect of this role, and our bonus program reflects that. We work with many dogs and cats. We expect all staff members to enjoy the company of canine and feline friends equally.

Ideally, a candidate will have prior professional or volunteer pet care experience, but for those with personal experience, we offer an incredible training and onboarding process. A pet sitter will drive from one client’s residence to another. We appreciate a candidate who has a strong knowledge of the area and is comfortable driving for potentially multiple hours per day.

What we offer:

The starting pay rate for this role is $13 per hour. New staff may earn $14+ per hour after client gratuity and potential bonuses. This part-time role will generally start 10-15 hours per week. Based on a staff member’s availability, a staff member will start by grossing $500-$800 per month. Bonuses are available when staff-suggested products are purchased by clients. Paid training and coaching. This is a role with professional development! Performance reviews quickly help staff determine goals and measure success. Employee discount after onboarding is complete. Staff may see opportunities working at our retail store, Paleo Pet Goods, or working on the administrative, marketing, and management side of Paleo Pet Sitting.
