With a high volume of pets ranging from different breeds needing grooming services across our boarding, daycare and Veterinary Clinic, this is an exciting opportunity for groomers with at least two years of experience to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will benefit from a great support team working alongside 2-3 professional groomers , fostering collaboration and ensuring exceptional care for our furry clients. Competitive Compensation:

50% commission 100% of tips from our clients

Work Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Must be available to work Sundays, with potential for occasional Saturdays as needed.

Maintain a clean and organized shared grooming area. Learn and follow a color-coded caution system describing employee restrictions and permissions for dog handling. Use all grooming forms as required including salon checklists, border check-in forms, grooming report cards, grooming surveys, and grooming coupons. Practice positive reinforcement dog training using treats. Conduct all work in accordance with company policies and procedures ensuring the safety and well-being of each animal. Actively engage pet parents and pets, share product knowledge, and educate pet parents. Positively interact with pet parent’s in-person, via email, text, and phone providing them with proactive communication and exceptional service. Follow dress code guidelines including hair tied back/up as an important safety protocol. Present in a neat, clean, and hygienic manner at all times. Qualifications 2+ year’s professional grooming experience. Reliable and dependable. Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality. Strong work ethic. Sets high standards for self and others. Can work cooperatively in a team setting. Passionate about animal welfare. Treats all animals with compassion and kindness. Comfortable interacting with all dog breeds large and small. Physical Demands Position requires a person to be both indoors and outdoors to assist with customer carry out. Majority of the day is spent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly. Must be comfortable working with a wide variety of animals including small and large dogs. Must be able to work around pet hair and dander.
