Dog Daycare Supervisor Crate Escape Charlestown 200 Terminal Street, Charlestown, MA 02129 Crate Escape is a high-energy, fast-paced dog daycare, and we’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Pen Supervisor to join our growing team! If you have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of dog behavior, and a passion for working with dogs of all shapes and sizes, we want to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:

We need a motivated, detail-oriented individual who can lead by example. The ideal candidate will be organized, clear and professional in communication, confident managing a team, and proactive in maintaining a safe and positive environment for both dogs and staff.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Supervising and supporting a team of dog handlers Managing large groups of dogs and monitoring for appropriate play Redirecting or intervening with dogs when needed using safe, humane techniques Ensuring the facility remains clean, safe, and well-maintained Reporting all dog or staff concerns clearly to the front desk and management

Requirements:

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour
