Pet Kennel Technician Gateway Getaway Pets 10958 Gateway Dr, Neosho, MO 64850

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily care and attention to animals in the kennel facility
• Feed, water, and exercise animals according to their individual needs
• Clean and sanitize kennels, cages, and common areas
• Monitor the health and behavior of animals and report any concerns to the supervisor
• Assist with grooming tasks such as bathing and brushing animals.
• Maintain accurate records of animal care and behavior

Skills:

• Experience in pet care or related field such as veterinary assistant, pet grooming, or animal handling
• Strong customer service skills to interact with pet owners and provide information about their pets’ well-being
• Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical demands of the job, including moving large dogs or bags of pet food
