Pet Groomer We’re seeking a dedicated Pet Groomer to deliver exceptional grooming services in our busy salon. The ideal candidate is experienced, confident, and caring — someone who loves animals and wants to make them look and feel their best. Key Responsibilities Groom pets according to breed standards and owner preferences Bathe, blow dry, brush, de-shed, trim nails, and clean ears Provide special services including creative grooming, flea/tick treatments, and more Maintain a clean, safe, and organized salon workspace Communicate with pet owners to understand and exceed their expectations Record accurate grooming notes and flag any health concerns Promote additional services or retail products as appropriate Stay current on grooming techniques, trends, and equipment Qualifications 6+ months of grooming experience preferred Grooming certification is a plus, but not required Excellent animal handling and behavior knowledge Strong communication and client service skills Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Physically able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods Weekend availability preferred What We Offer W2 position with direct deposit payroll 5 days of paid time off per year after 1 year of employment Access to benefits through our payroll provider Opportunities for professional growth and continued education Supportive, drama-free work environment with a close-knit team A loyal and growing client base who truly value great grooming Ready to work in a salon that feels like family and rewards your hard work?
