Pet Sitter/Dog Walker Position Available In Durham, North Carolina

Pet Sitter/Dog Walker pack≺ide Durham, NC pack≺ide is an established pet sitting company, and we need your help! We’re a Raleigh based family-run company that takes the stress out of clients’ travels and their workdays by caring for their pets and homes while they’re away. We’re currently in need of pet sitters and dog walkers in Durham for the following shifts: 7am to 11am 5pm to 9pm Our pet sitters and dog walkers travel to clients’ homes to care for their pets (food, water, play, walks, poop cleanup, etc.), pick up mail, water plants, take trash to curb, etc. Visits range from 10 minutes to 60 minutes depending on each client’s unique situation. First, and foremost, we’re looking for friendly staff for whom interacting with animals doesn’t feel like work. Secondly, you must be able to work on some holidays. Beyond that, here’s our requirements: Must live in or within 10 miles of Durham At least 18 years old A love of cats and dogs Able to walk dogs up to 70lbs and scoop cat litter Have a valid driver’s license Have consistent access to a reliable (and preferably economical) automobile Have a smartphone with an active data plan (Apple or Android) Able to pass a criminal background check Pay is per hour based on experience and qualifications – and is supplemented by quarterly bonuses based on company performance, frequent tips from clients, and a car allowance each month. PTO and company-matched retirement savings plan is offered after a 90 day probationary period.
