have prior retail experience and be willing to engage with customers. This position is for our Oak Ridge location. Please map this location to ensure drive time is manageable. Responsibilities of the job include:
Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service. Operating point of sale system, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers. Managing opening and closing procedures Achieving established goals. Directing customers to merchandise within the store. Increasing in store sales. Superior product knowledge. Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor. Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers. Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
Requirements of the job include:
