Location Manager Position Available In Halifax, North Carolina

Location Manager Security Mini Storage Roanoke Rapids, NC 27870 Security Mini Storage is looking for a Location Manager for our 2 Roanoke Rapids Locations, on Roanoke Ave. & Bolling Road. This is a part time but long-term position, requiring approximately 2 hours per day, between the hours of 2pm and 7pm Monday through Friday.

The daily duties include:

checking every unit picking up trash sweeping out & cleaning out vacated units over-locking past due units removing locks when customer pay mixing and spraying insecticide and weed killer preforming inventory cleaning buildings hauling items to the landfill as needed Applicant must have an email address as daily tasks are emailed from the home office as well as a printer for printing inventory maps. Applicant should have a truck and/or trailer that can be used for hauling items to the dump. Applicant should have good communication skills, and attention to detail.
