Professional Dog Groomer Doggie Den Inn Dunn, NC 28334 Doggie Den Inn is seeking an experienced and motivated dog groomer to join our rapidly growing pet care facility! This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity — perfect for a self-starter who wants flexibility, autonomy, and a steady stream of clients without the overhead of running your own shop.

What We Provide:

• A clean, modern grooming space including:
• Dog wash station
• Grooming table (or bring your own!)
• Use of our booking system (Gingr) and credit card processing
• Scheduling, check-in, and check-out support provided by our front desk staff
• Marketing support through our website, social media, and physical mailers
• A steady stream of boarding clients requiring exit baths and nail trims
• CPR/First Aid certification training (must be completed within 30 days of starting)

What You’ll Bring:

• Your own grooming tools, supplies, and preferred products
• Proof of liability insurance
• A positive, client-focused attitude
• A flexible but consistent availability of at least 15 hours per week
• Passion for pet grooming and excellent customer care

Performance Expectations:

Certification and Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years of grooming experience required
• Must hold at least one professional grooming certification, such as: o NDGAA Certified Groomer (e.

g., Certified Groomer, Certified Master Groomer) o AKC Professional Grooming Credential (PGC) or

AKC S.A.F.E.

o International Professional Groomers (IPG) o Other nationally recognized grooming certifications o Optional bonus certifications: Cat-specific (e.g., NCGIA), advanced-level (NCMG), or ongoing continuing education.
