Dog Walker/Pet Sitter – Must love Pets Queen City Pet Sitting Charlotte, NC Locally owned and operated since 2009, Queen City Pet Sitting is a customer-centered pet-sitting and dog-walking company that believes pets are family. We are seeking dedicated and passionate Dog Walkers and Pet Sitters to join our team. Schedule Monday – Friday midday walks Available all 5 days for at least 1 full hour between 11 AM – 1:30

PM Responsibilities And Duties:

Provide exceptional care for dogs, cats and other small household pets during walks and pet sitting sessions. Professionally represent the company during in-home consultations with clients and while on assignment with pets. Adhere to the assigned and agreed-upon schedule Use your smartphone and scheduling software’s app and online portal to manage assignments, schedule services, and communicate effectively with clients by providing updates before, during, and after each service

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

Available Monday through Friday for midday dog walks, with at least one full hour of availability between 11:00 AM and 1:30 PM. Have a working smartphone Age 18+ and Have a valid driver’s license & your own reliable transportation Must live in Charlotte, within a mile of the following zip codes: 28202, 28203, 28204, 28205, 28207, 28208, 28209, 28210, 28211, 28226, 28270, 28277 Experience caring for dogs and have compassion for all pets Able to comfortably walk and maintain control of dogs up to 40 lbs and up to 2 dogs at a time Have excellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomously Be able to pass a background check (Ideal) Capability for heavy lifting when necessary (such as assisting senior or injured on stairs) (Ideal) Available for more than M-F midday, Weekday (morning or evening) or Overnight stays at clients (9:30 PM – 7 AM)
