We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Dog Daycare Manager to lead our team and oversee our daycare operations.

Position Summary:

The Dog Daycare Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the daycare, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a deep love for dogs, excellent leadership skills, and experience in pet care services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the dog daycare, including staff management, scheduling, and ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
• Supervise and mentor staff, providing training and guidance to ensure excellent dog handling and care.
• Monitor the health and behavior of all dogs in our care, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
• Create and implement engaging activities and playgroups to promote socialization and mental stimulation for dogs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both dogs and clients.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with pet owners, addressing concerns and feedback in a professional manner.
• Develop and oversee marketing and promotional efforts to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Manage financial aspects of the daycare, including budgeting, staffing, and supplies.
• Handle work runs and ordering of supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Capture photographs of the dogs and manage social media content to showcase the daycare experience.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership background, including managing employees and fostering a positive team environment.
• Excellent decision-making skills, particularly in high-pressure situations.
• Experience working with animals, especially dogs, is a plus.
