PrimePet Grooming is looking to add a motivated, passionate, talented groomer to join our fabulous team! The ideal candidate will have a love for animals while taking pride in providing clients with top notch quality and care. This role requires strong animal handling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ideal start date week of 4/21/25.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Must be able to groom 4+ dogs per day Telephone interview, in person interview, working interview Able to work well under pressure while keeping positive attitude Reliable, energetic, and prompt Must be comfortable handling dogs of all sizes & temperaments Must have reliable transportation and be on time for every shift Send a portfolio of your most recent grooms Have exceptional customer service Additional skills in animal handling, pet sitting, dog training, or veterinary technician roles will be considered an asset Must work well with others, this is a

Responsibilities:

Ensure that all pets receive a groom that is of professional quality that meets or exceeds the client’s request Engage & educate pet parents Ensure the salon meets or exceeds expectations in regards to quality, sanitation, cleanliness, and safety Take photos of each pet Meet and greet all pet parents to discuss grooming instructions after assessing the pet’s coat and condition Suggest any additional services that would be beneficial to the pet Manage difficult or emotional customer situations in a calm, professional manner Build trust and long term relationships with customers

$1,200.00 – $1,800.00 per week
