Our ideal candidate is compassionate, experienced (or eager to learn), and dedicated to providing a calm, safe, and positive grooming experience for every pup. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming space for both dogs and their humans, with a focus on quality over quantity and stress-free services. Duties Provide grooming services including baths, brushing, breed-specific haircuts, de-shedding, nail trimming, and ear cleaning Comfortably and safely handle dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments Maintain a clean, organized grooming space and sanitize equipment between clients Communicate with pet parents about grooming needs, preferences, and any concerns noticed during the grooming session Ensure each dog receives kind, patient, and gentle care from start to finish Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure a smooth, fun, and efficient work environment Uphold high standards of grooming quality, customer service, and animal care Qualifications Experience in dog grooming is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Familiarity with breed-specific cuts and grooming techniques Ability to work safely with dogs of all sizes, ages, and energy levels Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality grooms Excellent time management and organizational skills Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift/handle large dogs as needed Friendly, professional communication with clients and co-workers Team-oriented mindset and a passion for working in a fast-paced, fun environment A genuine love for dogs and a commitment to their well-being Join us in providing top-notch grooming services that enhance the lives of pets and their owners!
