Dog Daycare Shift Lead 2.7 2.7 out of 5 stars 2095 Marlton Pike E, Cherry Hill, NJ 08003 Dogtopia, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services has an opening for an energetic, organized, sales and solution-minded individual to join our team as a Shift Leader. This is an operationally intense, customer service focused, key role within our business to manage the health and safety environment for all the dogs in our care as well as servicing each customer to exceed their expectations. Extensive training is provided for this position. If you’re a leader among people and LOVE dogs and caring for them, then this IS the role for you!!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist playroom attendants when needed, cover in rooms, and train new playroom attendants. Ensure dogs are well adjusted, safe and happy in the playroom.
- Take dogs to appropriate playroom based on size and temperament.
- Prepare lunches, feeding, medications and special needs lists based on parent’s request.
- Assist in cleaning the facility. Facility must always be a clean and safe environment.
- Check dogs in and out of daycare using our front desk system and any Front Desk Duties as needed.
- Provide customers with updates, report cards and answer any questions.
Utilize the 3 S system consistently with customers
SMILE, STORY, SATISFACTION
to set the example for the team.
- Proven ability to offer and assist in verbal and written feedback to team members to hold accountability to standards.
- Actively communicates team developmental needs and issues with the Assistant Manager, General management and the entire management team regular to ensure growth.
