Kennel Assistant Responsibilities:

• Assist with the daily care of animals in the kennel, including feeding, cleaning, and exercise
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the kennel area
• Monitor the health and well-being of the animals and report any concerns to the supervisor
• Administer medications as directed by supervisor
• Assist with grooming tasks such as bathing and brushing
• Handle animals safely and securely during check-ins, check-outs, and transfers
• Provide excellent customer service to pet owners and visitors

Experience:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous experience working with animals required
• Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical tasks related to animal care
