Job Details Must Have:

hospitality experience(preferably animal/pet care) and understanding of financials

RoleOutline:

The General Manager is responsible for planning,directing, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of thebusiness, ensuring procedures and policies are in place and adheredto.

Staff Management:

Full lifecycle of staff management, includingrecruiting, hiring, training, and overseeing performance.

Operational Responsibilities:

Managing day-to-day operations,coordinating activities across departments, and addressingoperational issues.

Marketing and Advertising:

Introducing andpromoting marketing and advertising efforts to ensure continuedgrowth.
