CARE COORDINATOR POSITION AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY 15-20

hr/week, paid hourly. Sundays required. Should live within 40 minutes of Lima, NY. Candidates should be experienced in the care of a stable of horses including all aspects of care, routine medications and treatments, dealing with behavioral issues confidently but with kindness and understanding. Also expected skills to be office record keeping, supply ordering, appointment keeping, open communication with other staff, volunteers and supervisor. Some farm maintenance also expected, including driving machinery, fence/barn repairs possible. Good personal skills needed to interview potential adopters and match with adoptable horses, give farm tours, guide and educate volunteers.
