Full Job Description We’re Hiring:

K9 Attendants at Hounds Town Reading Love dogs? Looking for a fun, fast-paced job where every day is different? Read on! Hounds Town Reading, a fully interactive dog daycare, boarding, and grooming facility, is looking for dependable, hardworking, dog-loving individuals to join our team as K9 Attendants . This is a rewarding role where you’ll be an essential part of our dogs’ day — keeping them happy, healthy, and safe while maintaining a clean and well-run facility. Yes, you’ll be around dogs all day — but this is not playing with them. It involves constant supervision, cleaning, and care to make sure every pup has the best experience possible.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing hands-on care and supervision of dogs of all sizes and breeds in multiple playrooms Monitoring group play to ensure safe, fun interactions Assisting with check-ins, check-outs, and grooming appointments Keeping play areas and kennels clean and sanitized throughout the day Administering medications as needed (training provided / no injections) Supporting daily operations and ensuring a positive experience for both dogs and their humans

What We’re Looking For:

Must be 18 or older Must have reliable transportation (a valid driver’s license and your own car — not a ride from someone else) Availability during the following hours is required: Weekdays 12:00 PM

• 7:00 PM Weekends 8:00 AM
• 5:00 PM Weekend Evening let-outs from 7:00 PM
• 9:00 PM Holidays and weekends are part of the job Passion for working with dogs and providing exceptional care Comfortable working in a physically active, fast-paced environment Good communication skills and a strong work ethic Previous experience in a dog daycare or kennel is a big plus, but not required Willingness to clean, lift, and handle dogs of all sizes
