Year-Round Daycare & Boarding Position Location:

45 Apple Hill Lane Pottsville, PA 17901 Part Time Year-Round Pawz Away Pet Care is looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and animal-loving individual to join our team in our daycare and boarding department! If you’re passionate about providing high-quality care for dogs and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and interact with dogs in group play and individual settings
• Ensure a safe, clean, and enriching environment for all pets
• Monitor dog behavior and manage playgroups
• Perform cleaning tasks, including laundry, dishes, sanitizing play areas, and kennel maintenance
• Feed and administer medications according to client instructions
• Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and communicating updates to pet parents
• Support with enrichment activities, such as themed playrooms or scent-based games
• Maintain accurate logs and reports for all animals in your care

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine love and respect for animals
• Previous experience in a pet care or animal handling role is a plus, but not required—training provided
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions

Schedule:

This is a year-round position with variable shifts depending on business needs. Availability during peak seasons (summer, holidays) is essential. Apply Today!
