In this role, you will be responsible for providing a safe, fun, and engaging environment for dogs in our daycare facility. Duties Supervise and engage with dogs during playtime to ensure their safety and well-being. Provide basic care for the dogs, including feeding, administering medication, and monitoring health. Maintain cleanliness of the daycare facility by cleaning up after the dogs and sanitizing play areas. Assist with bathing dogs as needed. Implement animal restraint techniques when necessary to ensure safety during handling. Collaborate with team members to create a positive environment for both pets and staff. Qualifications Previous experience in animal handling or pet care is preferred. Knowledge of animal behavior and care practices is an asset. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required (up to 50 pounds). Experience in pet sitting or working as a veterinary technician is a plus. Comfortable being on your feet all day.
