Kennel Attendant Colonial Kennel Inc. Harrisville, RI 02830 Colonial Kennel is a small town business that provides boarding and grooming care to dogs, cats, and other small animals. We are looking to hire someone with a passion for taking care of animals in order to give our customers piece of mind when they go on business trips and vacations. If you are interested in pursuing a career in the animal field, then this is a perfect jump start job! Our morning shifts are 7:00am-1pm and afternoon shifts are 3pm-6pm Monday-Friday, 7-12 and 4-6 Saturdays, 7-10 and 4-6 Sundays. These hours are for everyday of the week, year round, as there are always animals in need of our care. Job Description Animal husbandry duties General maintenance of facilities Should be somewhat familiar with animal behavior Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Own reliable transportation High School Diploma Be able to lift at least 50 lbs occasionally Must be okay with handling the types of animals put into our care dogs and cats Must be available to work weekends as well as holidays Please email us your resume or send it on Facebook messenger.
