Westside Drive NW, Cleveland, TN 37312 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Kennel Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the care and well-being of animals in our facility. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for animal care and are looking to make a positive impact in the lives of pets and their owners. As a Kennel Technician, you will ensure that all animals receive proper attention, hygiene, and comfort during their stay. Responsibilities Provide daily care for animals, including feeding, grooming, and exercising. Maintain cleanliness of kennels and common areas to ensure a safe environment. Monitor the health and behavior of animals, reporting any concerns to veterinary staff. Assist with animal restraint during examinations or treatments as needed. Support pet owners with information regarding their pets’ needs and behaviors. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in animal handling and care. Experience Previous is preferred but not required. Knowledge of animal care practices, including dog handling and grooming techniques. Familiarity with veterinary terminology is a plus. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and pet owners. Ability to handle animals safely and compassionately, ensuring their comfort and safety. Job Types:
