- We love big breeds, but our backs do not… We focus on small – medium size dogs. Mo’ money, less chiro! What you bring to the table:
- Professional animal experience and willingness to learn. (Please note: While we welcome dog lovers of all kinds, bathing your own pets does not qualify as professional experience.)
- Strong work ethic is imperative. You must be self-motivated and able to manage your time. We are very busy! If you’d rather sleep than slay, we’d rather just be friends.
- Ability to speak professionally with clients, manage appointments, answer phones, and respond to emails.
Our receptionist/bather is an essential part of the team. You will be responsible for running the front desk and assisting the groomers in bathing and prepping dogs. Previous experience in a groom shop is a plus, but all candidates with professional animal experience will be considered. We will train you to use our booking system, answer our phones, and bathe/prep dogs to the Izzy Pop Pet Salon standard. We are a small but mighty shop. We do a kick-ass job and attribute our success to loving dedication to our clients and our craft.
