As a Pet Bather, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our furry clients. This position requires a love for animals, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent customer service. You will be responsible for bathing, drying, and grooming pets while ensuring their safety and well-being. Responsibilities Bathe and dry pets according to established protocols and standards. Brush and comb fur to remove tangles and mats. Inspect pets for any skin issues or abnormalities during bathing. Maintain cleanliness in the bathing area and grooming tools. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with pet owners regarding their pets’ needs. Handle pets gently and calmly to ensure a positive experience for them. Assist in maintaining inventory of grooming supplies and report any shortages. Follow all safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both pets and staff. Qualifications Previous experience in animal care or pet grooming is preferred but not required. Strong skills in dog handling and animal handling are essential. Knowledge of basic pet care practices, including bathing techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners. A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their welfare. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
