Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mobile Dog Groomer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals, excellent grooming skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive grooming services, including bathing, haircuts, blow-drying, ear cleaning, nail trimming, and anal gland expression, tailored to each dog’s needs. Conduct thorough checks for fleas, ticks, and skin conditions, reporting any concerns to pet owners. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary mobile grooming unit, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized and in good working order. Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their preferences and provide grooming advice. Handle pets with care and compassion, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the grooming process.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a professional dog groomer, with knowledge of various breeds and grooming techniques. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Physical ability to handle dogs of various sizes and temperaments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification from a recognized grooming program. Experience with mobile grooming services Familiarity with pet first aid and CPR.
