Responsibilities:

• Provide daily care for animals, including feeding, grooming, and exercise
• Clean and maintain kennels, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment
• Monitor the health and well-being of animals, reporting any concerns to the team leads and management
• Assist with administering medications
• Handle animal restraint when necessary for medical procedures or grooming
• Assist with basic dog training and socialization activities
• Maintain accurate records of animal care and behavior observations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in animal care or related field preferred
• Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical demands associated with animal care
• Knowledge of basic dog training techniques is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Experience as a veterinary technician or assistant is beneficial but not required
• Passion for providing exceptional care to animals
