Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Dog Daycare Attendant to join our team. As a Dog Daycare Attendant, you will be responsible for providing a safe, fun, and engaging environment for dogs while their owners are away. You will work closely with the daycare team to ensure the highest level of care and attention for each dog. This role requires a strong passion for animals and excellent customer service skills.

Duties:

• Provide daily care and supervision to dogs of all sizes and breeds, including feeding, walking, and playtime.
• Monitor and report any health concerns or behavioral issues to management.
• Assist with pet grooming and maintenance, including nail trimming and bathing.
• Clean and maintain the daycare facility, including the play area, kennels, and other areas.
• Engage in dog training and behavioral modification activities to improve the overall well-being of the dogs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to dog owners, including answering questions, providing updates on their pets, and addressing any concerns.
• Assist with pet pick-ups and drop-offs as needed.

Experience:

• Previous experience in dog daycare or animal care is required.
• Experience with dog training or animal handling is preferred.
• Familiarity with veterinary procedures and animal health is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, such as pet food and supplies.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Reliable transportation is a plus.
