Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Conduct dog training sessions using positive reinforcement techniques
• Assess and evaluate dogs’ behavior and temperament to develop individualized training plans
• Teach basic obedience commands, such as sit, stay, and come, as well as more advanced commands
• Address and correct behavioral issues, such as aggression, separation anxiety, and excessive barking
• Provide guidance and support to dog owners on training techniques and strategies
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions and progress

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in dog training or related field is preferred
• Knowledge of animal behavior and learning theory
• Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments safely and confidently
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with dog owners
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for animals
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
