Full Job Description About Us:

Fetch Park is the nation’s premier off-leash dog park and bar concept, where pups run free and humans unwind with cold drinks and good company. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for fun, dog-loving individuals to join our team as Woof Wardens —our version of lifeguards for the dog park!

Job Summary:

The Woof Warden is responsible for monitoring the safety and behavior of dogs in the park while ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for our members and guests. You’ll be outdoors, on your feet, and immersed in a high-energy, tail-wagging atmosphere. No two days are the same—and that’s what makes it fun!

Responsibilities:

Monitor dog behavior and ensure all park rules are followed React quickly to unsafe or inappropriate dog behavior (must be able to run , lift 50 lbs , and stand outdoors in all weather conditions ) Confidently and safely break up dog skirmishes if necessary Maintain excellent cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the park Complete all assigned shift duties, including opening, mid-shift, and closing tasks Use the check-in app to verify dogs are properly signed in Communicate clearly with management and guests about dog behavior and safety Represent Fetch Park with a friendly, professional, and energetic attitude

Requirements:

Must love dogs and enjoy working outside Previous dog handling experience (e.g., dog daycare, kennel tech) is preferred but not required Strong observation skills and ability to stay alert and responsive Physically able to run, lift, and work on your feet for long periods Comfortable working weekends, holidays, and a flexible schedule Ability to work in all weather conditions (we close only for inclement weather)

Starting Pay:
